Baby Depot is a retail outlet that specializes in...baby stuff. Sometimes things have really obvious names, huh? We were charged with the task of completely rebranding Baby Depot through direct mailers, circulars, and informative packets for expecting mothers. As a non-mother myself, this client presented a challenge. It involved a great deal of research to provide support to these women, and it also demanded a voice that I had never written in: Cuddly Mommy Voice.
